UNOPPOSED MOTION FOR ENTRY OF FINAL JUDGMENT AND ORDER FOR A PERMANENT INJUNCTION

The Plaintiff, the State of Texas, files this unopposed motion for entry of a Final Judgment and Order for Permanent Injunction:

1. The Parties have reached a settlement in the form of a Stipulated Final Judgment and Order for Permanent Injunction. A copy of the Stipulated Judgment and Order for Permanent Injunction, which has been signed by all Parties, is attached as Exhibit A.

2. The proposed settlement resolves all claims and causes of action in this matter, so no trial is necessary.

3. The Parties hereby request that this Court enter a Final Order and Permanent Injunction consistent with the attached Stipulated Judgment.
