Exclusion of Days from CalculationsMINUTE entry before Judge Ruben Castillo as to defendant James C. Brewer :From 7/12/2007 until 7/31/2007 is excluded pursuant to 18 U.S.C. 3161(h)(8)(A)(B) and 18 U.S.C. 3161(h)(1)(F). These two statutes set a time period that the Defendant must see trial commence (generally 70 days). This minute entry merely says that the period between July 12 and July 31 cannot be included in those 70 days.
