The unknown people were affiliated with the Communications Workers of America and had created Yahoo! Mail accounts to send pro-union email to Verizon employees that appeared to be from certain managers at Verizon. Most of the documents for this case are not available, but we have gotten a hold of an Opinion denying the Defendants' Motion to Dismiss the parts of the case alleging CAN-SPAM violations.
