ANSWER Due 09/18/2007 17:00
America/Chicago
The Useltons have waived service of process. This doesn't mean that they are settling, only that they're not going to make the US Attorney's Office hire a process server to give them the papers. Their Answers are due by the close of business on September 18, 2007.

full of it
I think that this case is useless. Darrel went for months with out being charged and when they almost had to return the money they seized from the house they finally charge him with something. Darrel is a great man who doesnt steal or cheat. He does everything by the book, and now the government is trying to take what this man worked so hard for... I think the government is full of it and should drop the cause and return all thay took from Darrel and Jack.
hang 'em high
Jack Uselton is a serial defrauder who already screwed investors of MTEI and now has done it again. The government should increase its penalities for these kinds of crime so that the perpetrators spend 20 years at least in max security prison.
