FTC v. Sili Neutraceuticals, Inc., et al. [DEFAULT]On August 13, 2007, the Federal Trade Commission filed, under seal, a lawsuit against Sili Neutraceuticals, Inc., and Brian McDaid, both individually and doing business as Kaycon LTD. The case was unsealed on August 15, 2007. Mr. McDaid also seems to be under investigation by a federal grand jury for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. On January 8, 2008, the Court entered a Judgment of Default against all Defendants.
