Why should the taxpayer have to pay for this appeal? Maybe his relatives should check their cereal boxes for cash they forgot about.

Just wait until you have the Gov't SEIZE everything from U--ex. David Copperfield in Las Vegas....I guess you would rather BAIL out Fannie Mae etc. rather than help citizens! What are you talking about with the cereal boxes?? If I remember right--David Copperfield had cigar boxes--Is that Illegal?? And especially now days!
