Soloway's 1st Supplemental Sentencing Memorandum

In this document, Soloway's attorneys try to make Dr. John Levine look as though he is befuddled by all of this spam stuff and also distinguish his case from that of Jeremy Jaynes.

Soloway's Sentencing Memorandum

Here is Soloway's response to the Government's Sentencing Memorandum.

Government's Sentencing Memorandum

Here is the Government's sentencing memorandum (with exhibits).

The government is requesting 9 years in prison and 3 years of probation. Plus, he will have to perform 624 hours of community service and be barred from Internet use (even at work) until discharged.

Ruling on Motion to Dismiss

It's not going to be a good day for you anytime that a ruling starts off by calling your request "largely misguided".

MOTION to Dismiss

I guess the money for all of this litigation is starting to run low. e360 is cutting this lawsuit loose with a voluntary motion to dismiss WITH PREJUDICE (meaning that they cannot refile the case later if they change their minds).
