ComplaintI would OCR this form, but it's a fill-in-the-blanks with a few checkboxes scattered through. That makes it not really worth the time. The only things of interest are found on page 2. There, Ms. Thomson states that she is suing the Congressman for $2000 under California's Anti-Spam Law. Or, rather I'm guessing that's what it says. The scan makes it look like it says "California Anty Spam Law".

Sindeelou Thomson has sued US Representative John Doolittle (R-CA 4) for sending her unwanted email. Since the Office of The General Counsel of the US House of Representatives has been so kind as to petition to remove the case to federal court, we have access to case documents now.
