All we have in PACER this morning are the minute entries for the court proceedings, but they agree with the press accounts: IndictmentHere is the indictment. Of interest to readers of the site is "Mailer 2". "Mailer 2" is "an unindicted co-conspirator residing in Seattle, Washington, sent e-mail for the unlawful spam e-mail operation, at the direction of RALSKY and BRADLEY." You might recognize a certain bulk mailer who is also under indictment as part of Operation Bot Herder who resides in Seattle, Washington.
