No paperwork in yet, but the press is reporting that Alan Ralsky has surrendered to authorities and has been arraigned with bail set at $50,000, unsecured. All we have in PACER this morning are the minute entries for the court proceedings, but they agree with the press accounts:

Here is the indictment. Of interest to readers of the site is "Mailer 2". "Mailer 2" is "an unindicted co-conspirator residing in Seattle, Washington, sent e-mail for the unlawful spam e-mail operation, at the direction of RALSKY and BRADLEY."

You might recognize a certain bulk mailer who is also under indictment as part of Operation Bot Herder who resides in Seattle, Washington. While the link isn't explicitly stated, it looks like Soloway may have rolled on Ralsky.
